Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 180 minutes of the confirmed date and time. Delivery confirmation will be issued by way of email / SMS / push notification (for e.g. order confirmation, updates etc. and must mention the use of courier and associated costs, if applicable.)

The provision of goods and services by DeliverMe is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, DeliverMe reserves the right to offer an alternate item or refund the client in full within 30 days. No cancellation of orders by the client / customer will be accepted once the order has been placed. No item may be returned or exchanged once the order has been placed.
DeliverMe shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. In order to complete the transaction, payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, InstantEFT or Masterpass if available.
Card transactions will be acquired for DeliverMe via Peach Payments (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. Peach Payments uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.peachpayments.com to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer details will be stored by DeliverMe separately from card details which are entered by the client on Peach Payment’s secure PCI compliant javascript widget. For more detail on Peach Payments refer to www.peachpayments.com
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
DeliverMe takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and DeliverMe chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, 59 Roeland St, Cape Town, 8001, South Africa
